The Traditional Chinese Medicine concept of QI can be translated as “Inter-Relationship”. Health can be defined as our relationship to ourselves, others and our environment. The Bee is Nature’s perfect example of this, as she flies from flower to flower spreading pollen, creating more life... As I collect bee pollen in the evenings, I notice new colors of pollen in the traps, leading me to notice the new flowers blooming in my environment. This is how my connection to nature is strengthened thanks to the bees, helping me to better understand the interrelationships of the QI principle.

• 2014, Happy Culture combines Traditional Chinese Medicine and the wisdom of the bees in a holistic approach to well-being, education, art and food production.

A multi-disciplinary "buzzing beehive", Happy Culture combines Traditional Chinese Medicine and the wisdom of the bees in a holistic approach to well-being, education, the arts and food production. Happy Culture is modeled on the hive whose quality products and complex social structure provide numerous avenues to health and self-development.

Born from the research and experience of IDEAL resident beekeepers Yann Loranger and Adrien Thibault who recently completed a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Happy Culture shares

     • wellness services

     • workshops & lectures in beekeeping practices, Tarot, Astrology

Wellness treatments combine Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Biowell, apitherapy and medical Chi Kong. As beekeepers, Adrien and Yann grow and harvest their own medicine from the hive in line with sustainable beekeeping practices. The properties of propolis, pollen, royal jelly, bee venom and honey are used in direct relationship to the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Acupuncture and apitherapy help relieve many conditions including back pain, addiction, hay fever & seasonal allergies, joint pain, arthritis, sciatic pain, circulation problems, nutrition, asthma...

Products

Happy Culture is the proud Canadian distributor of the Propolis Diffuser, available in various formats for use in your home or car. The natural cleansing and disinfecting properties of propolis help rid ambient air of dust, smoke, foreign gases, fungus, bacteria and viruses, while providing a pleasing perfume reminiscent of the sweetness and harmony of a hive.

The Diffuser enables propolis to act in the respiratory system where it corresponds to the “metal” element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its properties work towards

healing COPD, asthma, emphysema, bronchitis, allergies and other respiratory diseases

easing difficult breathing by soothing respiratory canals

cleaning fungus spores from the air
