The hours of the Retreat are from 10am until 5pm.
The participants will be served a light vegetarian lunch and we will have tea, sweets and a sharing circle at 4:30pm.
The level of yoga instruction is beginner to advanced intermediate.

Deposit : $100 by April 1st
Fee : $125 (incl lunches and teas) for one day, if paid by May 1 / $145 thereafter
$215 for both days, if paid by May 1 / $235 for both days, after May 2nd
