NATACHA KOLESAR
Ph.D., Philosophy, Founder and President

Mrs. Natacha Kolesar is the founder of IDEAL Society . She was born in Russia and later immigrated to Czechoslovakia where she received her Ph.D. in Philosophy prior to becoming a university professor. Natacha Kolesar then lived in France and in the United States before settling in Canada.
Natacha Kolesar is highly concerned with the role of pregnancy and the influence of the mother on the unborn child and explains that the mother's influence has a great impact on the health and future of her child because she is the first educator.
Natacha Kolesar has been giving lectures, seminars, and TV and radio interviews internationally for more than 30 years. Natacha Kolesar is the Executive Director of IDEAL-SPRING International Foundation, an affiliate of IDEAL Society.

DANIEL PASQUIER
Teacher, Vice-President and Administrative Director

Mr. Daniel Pasquier has extensive experience in all aspects of pedagogy. He has taken more than 30 courses specializing in such fields as education, psychology and artistic education. He also developed a new evaluation program for elementary schools in Switzerland. He is responsible for planning and coordinating all operations and projects at IDEAL Society.

GHISLAIN LEBLOND
B.A., Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Director

Mr. Ghislain Leblond was responsible for agricultural engineering in the Quebec Ministries of Agriculture and Education. He also taught and worked as administrator at the CEGEP’s department in Victoriaville. In addition, he coordinated the writing of the G.E.E.A. program for all College levels in Quebec.
Mr. Leblond is responsible for the implementation of IDEAL’s organic farming and the planning of all agricultural projects and activities.

GILLES HAINAULT
M.A., Music, Vice-President and Art Director

Mr. Gilles Hainault, Music Director of IDEAL Society is an accomplished composer, musician, and choral director. He has directed many choirs and given seminars and workshops in choral singing. For the last 22 years, Gilles has worked with Mrs. Natacha Kolesar in developing the musical program at IDEAL Society, as well as serving as a Board member of the Institute. Gilles is presently the director of the Vera Choir and Instrumental Ensemble, whose repertoire consists primarily of Bulgarian and Russian sacred music and folk songs as well as Gilles’ own compositions. The choir produced 12 CDs over the last 5 years, and it has performed at the United Nations, at various Consulates and in many public venues in North America.

JACQUES RENEVEY
B.A., Engineering, Secretary, Treasurer and Financial Director

Mr. Jacques Renevey’s experience as an engineer is indispensable in the administration, accounting and general organization of IDEAL Society. He prepares all architectural and engineering plans for applications for permits and is responsible for the Institute’s accounting and property management.

AMY KRAFT

AMY KRAFT
Financial Advisor, International Relations Director

Ms. Amy Kraft co-founded IDEAL-SPRING International Foundation and she is one of IDEAL’s directors. A retired First Vice President with a major financial services firm, Amy Kraft has been working with Natacha Kolesar for 10 years. Her primary work is to communicate the importance of prenatal eduation to international leaders. Amy Kraft promotes the work of IDEAL and links our diverse cultures in a spirit of cooperation to better serve and prepare the youth who are our future educators and parents.
